A remake of Mexican filmmaker Jorge Michel Grau’s 2010 film “Somos Lo Que Hay”, this latest cannibal horror flick premiered back at Sundance to a solid critical reception. From filmmaker Jim Mickle, director of “Stake Land” and “Mulberry Street”,  this first trailer appropriately captures a frighteningly moody tone that may mean we’re in for something more of the psychological variety as opposed to the typical gore that comes with most cannibal flicks.
