Am I the only one that didn’t know there was a Wrong Turn 3, 4 and 5?  Now the first two films were definitely entertaining, but like Children Of The Corn  and Hellraiser the direct-to-DVD sequels seem to be never-ending.  So I guess, given the fact that there are 4 sequels to Wrong Turn, it should come to no surprise that there is a 6th film on the way.

Bloody Disgusting has received exclusive information about Wrong Turn 6.   The movie is currently filming in Bulgaria for release on VOD and DVD/Blu-ray this fall.  The film will star Sadie Katz and Aqueela Zoll, and Fox Home Entertainment has revealed that a director has been picked, Re-Kill helmer Valeri Milev.  Frank H.Woodward penned the script.

So, is anybody even excited about this news?  And I also hope that there is an actual title to this film besides the boring and un-creative Wrong Turn 6.  Personally, I would rather just watch the remake of The Hills Have Eyes or Deliverance to get my dose of crazy psychotic rednecks.
